I am a sport and life coach, mental trainer and breath facilitator since 2005

In 2006 I was a co-founder of Scuola Skills – Laboratory of meta-techniques – with Max Damioli, Licia Consoli, Alberto Agnoletto and Ezio Rocchi.

In 2006, I obtained the Master in Neuro-linguistic programming in London (Bandler, McKenna, Neil).

Since 2011, I am a Certified Coach by S.F.E.R.A. (coaching school of Prof. Giuseppe Vercelli certified by the Italian Coach Federation - ICF).

From 2007 to 3008, I was director of the centre FLY in Florence belonging to HRD ITALIA S.p.A. by Roberto Re acting as coach, manager, coach training and trainer.

In 2012 I was certified by The Weiss Institute for completing the Professional Training Course in Past Life Regression Therapy.

In 2014, I have specialised in Problem Solving, Communication and Strategic Coaching at theSTC Nardone Group.
